Ordering Policies & Payment Options

Orders are placed and filled when a check, money order, or purchase order is received by fax or mail.  Orders are taken over the phone if payment is made with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. 

If ordering from the website, final order form should be printed out and faxed with a purchase order.

If you'd like to purchase program materials with a credit card, you can do so by calling (800) 488-DRUG.
